🤍 Hush Hush Partner Store Orders
Some products sold on Curvy Swimwear are supplied by our partner store, Hush Hush, and are dispatched separately from their Melbourne warehouse.
If your order includes Hush Hush items, please note:
- You may receive your order in multiple parcels
- You will receive a separate tracking email for Hush Hush products
- Curvy Swimwear items are dispatched from our Gold Coast warehouse
- Hush Hush items are dispatched separately from Melbourne
- Hush Hush items may arrive on a different day to the rest of your order
We ship your order the same day if you order before 1pm each weekday, or the next day if you order after midday from the Gold Coast, Australia.
Your tracking number(s) will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched. Orders containing Hush Hush products may receive multiple tracking emails, so please keep an eye on your emails for their tracking information.
🌎 International Shipping
We ship worldwide using DHL eCommerce for a flat rate of AUD $30.
For most destinations, applicable duties, taxes and import charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These charges are collected upfront to help ensure a smooth delivery experience with no unexpected customs invoices upon arrival.
Please note that customs regulations vary by country and some destinations may still apply additional charges that are outside of our control.
While our swimwear is shipped from Australia, the country of origin declared on customs documentation is China, where the garments are manufactured.
You can look up a more accurate delivery time frame estimate for Australia, NZ and the US on the Australia Post website, or on the DHL website for the rest of the world.
Please note: Curvy Swimwear is not responsible for any delays, nor for any import charges, duties or taxes for international sales. If your parcel is delayed, please email us and we get back to you as soon as we can.
While we always do our best to ensure your order arrives safely, parcels can occasionally be delayed or go missing while in transit.
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact Australia Post directly in the first instance to lodge an enquiry here. They will investigate and attempt to locate your parcel.
If Australia Post confirms that your parcel is lost in transit and you selected Shipping Protection at checkout ($2.95), we will happily arrange a replacement or refund for your order.
Unfortunately, if Shipping Protection was not added at checkout, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund for parcels that are lost once they have been dispatched.
