📦 How to Return an Item

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery — even on sale items — as long as everything is unworn, with all tags and the hygiene sticker still attached.
Reminder: Return shipping costs are not covered by Curvy Swimwear and are the responsibility of the customer.
Please indicate on the back of your invoice whether you would prefer a refund to your original payment method or a store credit. If no option is selected, your refund will automatically be processed back to your original payment method.
🤍 Hush Hush Partner Store Returns
Some products sold on Curvy Swimwear are supplied by our partner store, Hush Hush, and are dispatched separately from their Melbourne warehouse.
Please note: You may receive separate parcels and tracking emails for Hush Hush products.
If you are returning both Curvy Swimwear and Hush Hush products, please return them to Curvy Swimwear by following the return instructions included with your order.

💳 Afterpay returns:
Please note that refunded Afterpay orders incur a $15 return processing fee, as Afterpay fees are non-refundable to merchants.
🌍 For Our International Customers
If you're returning an item from outside Australia, you're welcome to use any courier service you prefer. Just make sure your parcel is addressed as listed on the returns form.
We strongly recommend choosing a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage, as we can't issue refunds for items that don't make it back to us.
Please note: International customers can't use the Australia Post returns portal — it is only available for Australian orders.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with international returns unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Please note that any duties and taxes collected at checkout are paid to the relevant customs authorities and may not be refundable once remitted. Any refund of duties and taxes is subject to the policies of the relevant customs authority and carrier.
🚫 Refused or Undeliverable International Orders
If an international order is refused, returned to sender, abandoned, or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, any return shipping charges, customs charges, duties, taxes, carrier fees, or other costs incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.
Original shipping charges, shipping protection, duties and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable unless required by law.

🔄 Want a Different Size or Style?
We don’t offer exchanges, but it’s easy to grab a different item by placing a new order online. That way, you won’t miss out — especially since popular styles can sell out fast!
💳 Refunds Explained
Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, or Afterpay).
Items that are worn, damaged, stained, or missing hygiene stickers or tags won’t be eligible for a refund and will be returned to you.
We suggest using a tracked return method and saving your proof of postage. We can't refund anything we don’t receive.
Shipping costs and shipping protection are non-refundable. In the event of a return, refunds apply to the item(s) only and do not include original shipping or shipping protection charges.
Please allow up to 5 business days from when your return arrives at our warehouse for your refund to be processed. We’ll send you a confirmation email once it’s done.
⚠️ Missing Parcels
While we always do our best to ensure your order arrives safely, parcels can occasionally be delayed or go missing while in transit.
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact Australia Post directly in the first instance to lodge an enquiry here. They will investigate and attempt to locate your parcel.
If Australia Post confirms that your parcel is lost in transit and you selected Shipping Protection at checkout ($2.95), we will happily arrange a replacement or refund for your order.
Unfortunately, if Shipping Protection was not added at checkout, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund for parcels that are lost once they have been dispatched.
