Our luxury holiday ideas for your next vacation

December 21, 2015 2 min read

When choosing your next holiday or vacation, sometimes it is fun to spoil yourself and experience a new destination, culture or region that you normally would never consider.

We have listed some of our favourite holiday spots that you can add to your next travel itinerary.

Maldives

Dreaming of silky white sand beneath your feet, cool coastal breezes and swimming in clear turquoise waters? No doubt the Maldives is your paradise holiday destination. This island archipelago is located in the Indian Ocean, where it’s sunny all year round. Explore the vibrant coral reefs, indulge in luxurious spa therapies, and watch the iridescent sunsets over clinking glasses of wine from your lagoon surrounded patio. Looking for the ultimate luxury escape? Why not stay at the Conrad Rangali Island Maldives Hotel  (twice voted ‘Best Hotel in the World’) and dine in the world’s first all-glass, undersea restaurant.

St Lucia (Caribbean)

Stroll sandy beaches, snorkel coral reefs, bike ride the jungle, explore the drive-in volcano, soak in the sulphur springs, take a boat shopping trip to the capital, hike Gros Piton mountain or embark on a deep sea fishing excursion- there’s plenty of activities to do if you get bored of the amazing panoramic view! One of the most breathtaking locations on the planet, you’ll be even more blown away with your stay at the Jade Mountain Hotel. Imagine floating in your infinity pool at sunset surrounded by softly flickering candles and waiters serving you dinner prepared by Internationally acclaimed chefs.

Sorrento (Italy)

Perched atop cliffs that separate the town from its busy marinas, Sorrento is a coastal town in South-western Italy centred around a 14th-century church. Nearby is the famed Mount Vesuvius and Amalfi Coast, but Sorrento boasts history, celebrity and serenity of it’s own. Experience luxury on a different level in the Roccia Suite at the Bellevue Syrene in Sorrento. Housed in an ancient grotto, the Roccia Suite aces ambiance, with exposed-stone walls, large hydrotherapy plunge pool bath and a private balcony overlooking the Bay of Naples.

Cambodia

Most of the islands remain undeveloped – virgin rainforests, tropical reefs and glistening white beaches. Walk among old-growth rainforest, watch dazzling reef fish swim up to the shore and see rare hornbills graze among the orchid flowers. No doubt you will lose yourself in the natural world. No intrusions. No work. A haven of sanctuary. Discover luxury on a private island, staying at Song Saa where sunrise yoga is complimentary and world-class chefs cater to you.

Playa Del Carmen (Mexico)

Situated right in the heart of the Riviera Maya, Playa del Carmen is the region's top destination for shopping, dining and nightlife. If you want lavish living, look no further than the Rosewood Mayakoba. This award-winning hotel boasts luxury, situated beside the18-hole golf course, El Camaleón, which in 2006 became the first golf course to host an official PGA TOUR event in Mexico. There’s no better place to discover your soul than in Playa Del Carmen- the best of Mexico.
