📦 How to Return an Item
Need to send something back? Simply fill out the returns form that came with your order. Can’t find it? No problem — download a new copy here:

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery — even on sale items — as long as everything is unworn, with all tags and the hygiene sticker still attached.
Reminder: Return shipping costs are not covered by Curvy Swimwear and are the responsibility of the customer.
🌍 For Our International Customers
If you’re returning an item from outside Australia, you’re welcome to use any courier service you prefer. Just make sure your parcel is addressed as listed on the returns form. We strongly recommend choosing a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage, as we can’t issue refunds for items that don’t make it back to us.
Please note: International customers can’t use the Australia Post returns portal — it’s only available for local orders.
🚫 Refused Deliveries & Restocking Fee
Declining your parcel due to customs duties or import fees? A restocking fee of AUD $50 will be deducted from your refund once the parcel returns to us.
This helps cover international shipping expenses, which we already heavily subsidise to offer affordable delivery worldwide.
We recommend looking up any customs charges in your country before ordering to avoid surprises at the border.

🔄 Want a Different Size or Style?
We don’t offer exchanges, but it’s easy to grab a different item by placing a new order online. That way, you won’t miss out — especially since popular styles can sell out fast!
💳 Refunds Explained
Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, or Afterpay).
If you used Afterpay, please note a 6% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
Items that are worn, damaged, stained, or missing hygiene stickers or tags won’t be eligible for a refund and will be returned to you.
We suggest using a tracked return method and saving your proof of postage. We can't refund anything we don’t receive.
Please allow up to 5 business days from when your return arrives at our warehouse for your refund to be processed. We’ll send you a confirmation email once it’s done.
