REFUNDS FOR ALL ITEMS

We offer refunds for all items within 30 days. The item must be in its original condition with tags and sanitary labels attached. Please read the instructions that come with your order - you are required to pay the postage costs to send your item back.

If you want to swap sizes or choose a new style, simply place another order on our website! We don't offer exchanges, as our stock goes fast, and we can't guarantee that we will still have the item you want to exchange for by the time we receive your parcel.

Please note: Afterpay orders are entitled to refunds, however a 6% processing fee will be automatically deducted from the amount to be refunded.

SHIPPING

We're an Australian business based on the Gold Coast. We will post your order the same day if you order before lunctime, or the next day if you order after lunch.

Australia and New Zealand Shipping

We offer free express shipping for all orders over $100 in Australia and New Zealand! Under $100, you can choose your shipping option at checkout. Express shipping costs $15 and standard costs $8 within Australia.

We ship worldwide through DHL Express for $20.
