In and Out List for 2024 | Your Year of Body Positivity

Body Positivity In and Out List for 2024

Welcome to another new year! 2024 is upon us and rather than making unrealistic resolutions, we are choosing to shift our mindset to find peace and acceptance with our bodies. While we are very loud advocates for body positivity and self-love, we know that it's easy to slip into negative thoughts and habits.

The start of the new year is the perfect time to practise self-compassion and reset the way you see yourself. The festive season can bring up feelings of guilt and shame, with resolutions focused on punishment rather than being kind to yourself. This new year we are committing to kind self-talk and shifting destructive and critical thoughts.

We have compiled an extensive list of the ways we can treat ourselves more compassionately with a focus on body acceptance and self-love. We encourage you to choose a few that resonate with you and just focus on one at a time. Everyone has a different relationship with their body, so no two journeys will be the same. Changing habits and thought patterns takes time, so be patient.

You deserve to feel good about yourself, so commit to self-compassion and kindness in 2024, and enjoy increased confidence and happiness. Happy New Year!
